Totally agree to your recommendations of booming suburb. I myself have a property in Daw Park (purchased late 2006) and couldn't be happier. I have lived in Westbourne Park for several years, however this area & surrounding suburbs are less affordable (including cumberland park and colonel light gardens - as you mentioned). Advised to pick Daw Park as it borders all these more expensive areas and hopefully will fell the booming wave. So far very happy with the 2007 result of double-digit percentage growth.

Keep on the good work Daniel & wish you all the best.
